Our Commitment to You

We want your photography experience to be fun, stress-free, and memorable. To help everything run smoothly, we’ve put together a few simple policies that outline how sessions are booked, what to expect, and how we handle rescheduling, payments, and more. These guidelines ensure we can give every client the best possible service.
YOUR SESSION
Please schedule at least 2 hours out of your day for the total time of the session. If you are running late, please contact us at 719-992-1408. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your session will be treated as a no-show.
We offer both studio and on-location sessions. Please discuss your choice of location with your photographer, as the time of day will affect which locations are available. If you are unsure, we can suggest several options.

BUSINESS HOURS
Sessions are typically scheduled on weekends, with limited availability during weekdays. Because photography is by appointment only, please contact us to discuss a time that works best.

DEPOSIT
A $50 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your session date. If the deposit is not received within five days, the date discussed will no longer be held.

PAYMENT TERMS
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session. No images will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. Orders for prints, albums, or other products must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Due to the custom nature of these items, all sales are final.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at least 48 hours prior to your session.
If you or anyone being photographed is feeling unwell, we strongly suggest rescheduling. People who are not feeling their best generally do not enjoy being photographed, and this will show in the portraits.

WEATHER POLICY
In the case of inclement weather, we will reschedule your session for the next available date.

RE-SHOOTS
Re-shoots are offered at the discretion of the photographer only and will not incur an additional session fee. Please note, re-shoots are not offered for personal choices such as hairstyle, clothing, or other avoidable factors.

TURNAROUND TIME
Galleries are delivered within two weeks of your session unless Keri notifies you otherwise. If your package includes a set number of images, your final selections will be delivered within two weeks after you have chosen and submitted them to Keri, and she will get them to you as soon as she can.

IMAGE RIGHTS & USAGE
Clients receive printing rights to their final purchased images. Images may not be altered with filters or additional editing. The photographer retains copyright and may use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
We occasionally run special promotions. These sessions are available for a limited time only and tend to fill quickly. If all spots are booked, the photographer is under no obligation to extend the promotion or honor it after the expiration date.

RETOUCHING
All images receive basic retouching. Temporary distractions such as stray hairs, blemishes, or acne will be retouched. Permanent features such as scars or birthmarks will not be altered unless specifically requested.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are available for purchase and are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and must be used within the expiration period. An additional fee may be added if you need to extend the gift certificate to the following year.

Mini Sessions
Mini-sessions are short, 15-minute sessions designed for up to 8 participants, with additional individuals requiring a separate booking. A non-refundable payment is required to secure your spot, and reschedules are allowed at the Photographer’s discretion and subject to availability. Late arrivals will have time deducted from the session, and no partial refunds are provided. If weather conditions are not suitable, the session may be rescheduled. Proof galleries are typically delivered within two weeks of your session unless otherwise communicated. If your package includes a set number of final images, you’ll select your favorites from the proof gallery, and the final images will be delivered within two weeks of your selections, as soon as possible. The Photographer retains copyright, and clients receive printing rights for purchased images. All additional products or services are sold separately according to the current price list.
